Arlo Essential 2nd Generation Outdoor Camera

I purchased an Arlo 2nd Generation in Canada and I reside in Egypt.  I am trying to set it up but the 2nd generation is not available on the app set up.  Can someone please help?

The place of purchase isn't the issue - it's where the account is set up since not many countries can get a subscription.

In addition, not all regions may have access to new devices - it's a slow rollout. You could go to a country that can get subscriptions/devices and set up your account and the system/device there or use a VPN into a supported country to do the same thing - you won't need the VPN after setup. Either way you'll need a credit card from that country to be able to purchase the subscription.
