I’m from Puerto Rico and I’m trying to pair the new outdoor camara, but the 2nd gen option does not appear in the app.

Arlo typically rolls out new hardware (and firmware) in stages so apparently PR isn't currently on the list of available locations. However, make sure you have the latest app since earlier versions don't know about new hardware.

An update was recently made for users in Puerto Rico and onboarding Arlo Essential 2nd Generation devices should now be available within the app.
