I need to look at my alerts and videos on my PC or Mac instead of Smart phone.

open your browser and go to my.arlo.com.

 

Is this with the 2K model, or do you have the 1080p camera? If you have 2K, then let us know if you can view the 2K footage in your browser.  There can be some issues with that on some PCs.
