Unable to set up subscription

Hello all,

My trial subscription is up and for a couple weeks now I have been trying to set up the $12.99/mos. secure subscription. I input payment information and get the following message everytime I try and submit, "We're sorry, Arlo is currently unavailable. Please try again later."

I originally just thought the site may be down, but after two weeks of multiple attempts nothing has changed.  Has anyone else ran into this issue? If so, is there a work around? Any help would be appreciated.

I've sometimes seen an unavailable message when I log in with Chrome.  But switching to a different browser (Edge in this case) worked.

 

So maybe try a different browser, or clearing the cache on your current one.

I appreciate the response. Sadly, I still have the same issue when trying to set up the subscription regardless of the browser I use. I cleared my history, cache, etc...and still get the aforementioned error. The conspiracy theorist in me thinks the company wants me to select the higher priced options 😉

I'll keep trying and hopefully it'll take one of these days.
