Hello,
How do I activate the 4 month free subscription included with my Costco purchase.
Also, we bought one set of 3 cameras, and then bought a second set of three cameras. All will be on the same account. I added the 4th camera and it will not let me set up activity zones, it keeps wanting me to buy a subscription. Is there a way to add the second set of three cameras to get the same trial?

It should have activated automatically when you installed the cameras. Though I am not aware of a 4 month trial (it used to be 3 months, but was then dropped to 1 month).

Maybe try contacting paid support using the app. Select a camera that is already in the subscription plan, and that will let you get phone support with the least friction.

The Costco 4-month trial is automatically applied after onboarding the cameras. Each trial is specific to the individual camera, so whenever you add an additional camera, a trial for that camera will be applied.
