I have had 5 cameras on this smart hub since 2023, all work and no issues with recording locally. Purchased 2 more cameras and they are paired to the smart hub. Neither with trigger by motion sensor. I've repeatedly checked motion sensor is turned on, did motion tests on both cameras and they sense it but they don't trigger or turn on the spotlight or record. Both are fully charged and even sitting right next to the hub for the strongest signal they still won't work correctly. I am able to watch live feed, but that is not the reason I purchased them. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

So I just found my issue was in the routines section on my app. Although they were already set to record I adjusted them both to record and notify under the motion settings and they've started working appropriately. I'm unsure why they needed to be adjusted to record and notify (not just record) in order to trigger and record at all, but they are working and that's what matters.
