Essential XL outdoor cameras not connecting to live feed.

I have two 2nd gen Essential XL outdoor cameras. For the past few weeks it’s not possible to connect to live feed. I have other Arlo cameras of different types, all working fine. It’s just these two.

 

It looks like they’re online but you can’t connect to live feed. I’ve tried restarting them, removing & re-adding and factory reset. This fixes the problem for a few minutes, then the same problem occurs.

 

I’ve contacted Arlo and they weren’t able to help. It seems this problem is since the latest firmware update.


Had anyone had a similar problem or know how to fix it?

One more thing to try - reboot your router. Otherwise, use the app to go to Settings, Support and choose a method to see what official support may offer.

If you bring one of the cameras closer to your router does live view then work?

No, sadly not. The signal strength is good. I brought the both in the house near the router and still had the same problem.
