2 Arlo cams but Only 1 Secure subscription?

Bought 2 Arlo Essential Outoor cameras separately. Upon hooking up, only 1 is giving the Secure free trial subscription.
Shouldn't both have the subscription since they were purchased individually?
How do I get the second camera to begin its trial?

It doesn't matter how they were purchased, as long as they were new. Both should be on a trial subscription.

Yes - both purchased brand new not even 24 hours ago, never have been put up or ever have had any other Arlo cameras until now.
Tech Support had me take the camera down, completely remove the camera as a device and re-add it but they so far have no answers either. It never showed up with the free trial at any point during setup or so far since trying with support.
It's such a bummer already having issues and it's only the trial, makes you wonder about putting more money into it with purchasing a subscription if a trial won't even work properly.
