Camera is only 2 months old and will not charge. Can’t reset as it’s totally dead.

You're in the Essential Indoor Camera section - I assume you mean a different Essential camera? The indoor camera has no battery.

 

If actually a battery-operated camera, can you verify that you're using the Arlo-supplied charger and cable? 

 

A good idea is to proactively charge the battery when it drops below 25% or so or when you get the email telling you the battery is low. That way it won't completely discharge. This FAQ may or may not help since it's written for a different model:
