Please don't ask me to update the app, it's not related to the app version.
It happened since my first day to use this camera.

What phone and OS version? Have you clicked on the double-headed arrow in the upper right corner of the video? It's there briefly when first viewing but goes away. Tap on the screen to show all controls and it should now be there briefly.

It doesn't relate to phone and OS version. Can you really fix your app?
I was using Pixel 4a before and everything was good at that time. My partner using 3XL and she was having the same issue as what I stated.
Now I changed to Pixel 7 Pro, everything was going well at the beginning but this happened after a update couple months ago.
My partner changed from 3XL to Pixel 7a and this problem never happened on her at the moment.
I tried to clear data and reinstall the app many times, app is most updated, latest OS version. What else should user do?

I have a Pixel 6 with the latest OS and app versions and full screen works as I described above. I suppose you can try rebooting the phone and reinstalling the app to eliminate issue possibilities.
And it's not my app - I'm a user like you. There are 3 Arlo mods here that are identified by their Arlo avatars, @JamesC , @ShayneS and @BrookeN
