I can arm my two cameras but they are not working. The privacy shield opens when armed, but if anyone enters my home there is no recording. I have two older models that do work correctly. Do I need to initiate a factory reset?

Are you getting notifications but no recordings?
Cloud recording requires a subscription, so one possibility is that the trial subscription just expired.

My trial subscription ended months ago and the cameras continued to send notifications and let me access the recording until a few days ago.

No idea why the system let you access cloud recordings without a subscription - it is not supposed to do that. But you will get notifications without a subscription.

I am not receiving any notifications on my two new Essential indoor cameras. I am receiving notifications on the two older model indoor cameras. I am disappointed that the older models are no longer available to purchase and that the two essential indoor cameras are no longer working, even though the blue light indicates they are online.

Have you checked the active mode to verify the indoor cameras are armed and have appropriate rules that include notifications? If you were using email notifications before, be aware those have been discontinued so you have to use push notifications.
