Modle 4040 - Win 10 software

I can not find Win 10 software for this model. Help?  This is a USB3 camera.

No it's not.  The Pro-4 is a wifi camera, and there is no win 10 software for it.

 

You can either

  • install the android or ios app on your mobile device, and onboard the camera with the app
  • browse to my.arlo.com on a PC, and onboard the camera using the web interface

Either way, you will need to create an Arlo account.  Also, you will end up with a trial Arlo subscription.  I suggest reviewing the features that includes, and what options you have when the trial ends.  https://kb.arlo.com/000062312/What-options-will-I-have-when-the-Arlo-trial-ends
