Hey! So my mother and I can’t figure out how to add her on my account after she’s logged in with new account. It asks her to add device so she chooses camera and then starts the process all over again., choose device etc. How does she connect to my device? Wouldn’t it just be automatic once she’s created her account after receiving my invite? Please help! Thanks!

FIrst, you can't use "add device" from her account, as that would try to put the camera in her account - and it is already in yours.

Try accepting the invite on a PC (by clicking on the create account link).  Then when the browser opens to my.arlo.com, log into her account (instead of creating a new one).
