If the video in the cloud library has expired then it should get deleted. Going forward you should download any recordings of interest as they appear.
If you’re camera was attached to an arlo base station and backup storage was implemented then you will likely be able to recover it with a pc.

I don’t believe it matters how many cameras you have, if the subscription lapses then arlo considers you don’t need the recordings.
How long ago was the event and when did the subscription lapse?
I imagine that you should have at least 30days, 60days for eu for recordings unless you are in a country that subscription is not available.
