Firmware Update won’t start work

As such cam setup won’t complete. Have deleted & started over & still locks trying to do update (doesn’t flas amber/blue); just stays blue then light goes off after awhile .

Have you tried resetting the camera?

If that doesn't help, I'd swap at the store.
