Cannot remove original camera or reset anything in the app

Purchased the camera. Kept disconnecting from Wi-Fi and shutting down. Attempted to fix based off of what Arlo told us. Still not working. Got a new camera and now the app will not let me remove the original camera, reset anything, and will not allow me to add a camera. Very frustrating

Can you provide more details on what is going wrong? For instance, are you not seeing the remove device option?  in the device settings?  Or are you getting an error of some kind?
