Can you please provide what camera that you are seeing is offline and what steps you have taken to resolve it. I do not want to provide steps you may have already done.

One of my Arlo Pro2 cams (VMC403OP) shows to be offline on my iPhone app. After I recharge the cam, the indicator lights flash alternating blue and orange. This cam has functioned for years without problems.
I’ve tried pressing the sync button on the top of the cam but there is no obvious response. My 4 other Arlo devices are working fine.

This has been reported a few times over the years. If reinserting the battery doesn't help, the camera is toast.
