It is impossible to obtain and RMA. Your customer support is existent. Your "Support" bot sends everyone in a senseless loop. You should be ashamed of yourselves. This total lack of customer care makes me think that ARLO IS A SCAM. Bad reviews coming.
SEND ME AN RMA IMMEDIATELY.

I have been trying to get an RMA to process a return for weeks now. The site is so bad and the e-customer service loops are so infinite that I now believe it has to be intentional.
I am trying to return this camera. Please help to provide me with an RMA and facilitate this return.
