Arlo secure subscription .99 Cent issue

Recently I got arlo secure .99 cents for three months push notification on my Arlo mobile app. While login to subscribe with that offer , I have noticed this promotion disappeared and showing full.$4.99 instead. I tried to reach customer support or chat with an agent but did not find any options to contact. Now days reaching to Arlo support is a pain. trust me, I saw this because I know that promotion exists. But why it disappeared, not sure what is the issue and why it disappeared while subscribing with my login. 

Hope some one from this forum please help me how to get that three months $0.99 Cent  offer or escalate to Arlo support.

I have the same problem.  Got an email with the 99 cent offer but the link takes me to the arlo site and all it shows are the normal pricing.  I went through the sign up process expecting the price to be adjusted when signing up but there was no where to access the offer.
