Arlo essential stopped working

My Arlo VM2040 has suddenly stopped working. I just can't connect to it. I have removed the app. Removed the device but when I try to scan the QR code it doesn't scan and then the shutter comes up and the blue light stops. #vm2040

Did you try resetting it?
