I brought cameras close to station. Blinking lights once
i unplugged the base station. Waited and then plugged in again
cameras we’re working at present sites before
cameras are fully charged
still cameras are off line

You reference your system as the old wirefree camera (VMC3030) but you're posting in the Essential Indoor Camera section. If you truly have the older camera system (the cameras have 4 CR123 batteries) you can try just pressing the base sync button briefly (don't hold it) and then a camera sync button. If that doesn't work, what are the LEDs on the base showing? Should be at least power and Internet green with the Camera LED being off, amber or green.
