My app cant discover the base. The base has a blue solid light showing as is connected to my wireless router with an Ethernet cable.
ive tried all the unplug, replug tricks but the app just comes back with not found
any idea ?

Make sure you're on your home WiFi (disable cell service if necessary) and have no VPN in use (sometimes AI does get correct suggestions). Was this base/hub ever used before? It needs to be removed from the owner's account (including yours) before it can be added again. If new/never used, try the reset procedure:

ALso try using a computer to claim it using the web client (my.arlo.com)
