So I bought my camera today and came home to install. The problem it appears I'm running into involves the fact that my router, like basically every other router out there, is on 5 ghz. Apparently the camera will only link to 2.4 ghz. I don't even know what a ghz is, I barely even know what a router is. I'm not tech savvy. What's the best way for me to remedy this situation? Is there another camera on the market that will connect to 5 ghz, I'm perfectly happy returning this camera to Walmart, there's a 30-day return policy. But if I can make this work somehow, that'd be great.

Almost all routers now are dual-band (using both 2.4 ghz and 5 ghz).

Have you tried onboarding the camera from a PC (browsing to my.arlo.com) Ideally use a PC that is connected with ethernet.
