Trouble Connecting Camara to WIFI

I'm having trouble connecting the camera to the WiFi network after switching to a different router with a new IP address lease from the DHCP server. Other devices like mobile phones can connect to the WiFi with the same SSID, but the camera gets stuck on the DHCP Offer and fails to pick up an IP address.

2 things:

 

1) it's almost always easier to rename the new router's SSID and password to match the old one so nothing has to change on your various devices.

 

2) ensure that the router's WiFi settings are to use WPA2 (AES) encryption with no special characters (including spaces) in either the SSID or password.
