I have 3 different cameras I have set up around the outside and inside of my house. I have a shared user that is on a restricted access but to only 1 of the 3 cameras. Would they still be able to see the other 2 cameras on the “feed” or recording section on the app?

No. You choose which ones they can access which includes the videos.
