Setting indoor camera to not private

Hello.  I'm trying to figure out how to turn privacy mode off my indoor camera.  Instructions say to go to the Modes tab, but I can't find it.  Could someone help me?

The privacy shield should be open whenever the camera is armed.  So there isn't really a "privacy mode".
