I bought Arlo Pro 5S x 2pcs and Essential (2nd Gen) indoor camera x 2pcs and setup my Arlo account on 13/6.  However, the notification only valid for a few hours and disappeared.  The App shows my Secure Active Trial end date is 13/7.  I have removed all 4 cameras in my account and added back again but still failed.

Are you able to provide more details about what you're experiencing? When you say notifications are only valid for a few hours, are you referring to push notifications when motion is detected?

Yes! push notification when motion is detected.

@Samuel9771:  You can also confirm your subscription status by making a manual recording while livestreaming.  Then check the Feed and make sure the recording is there.

 

If that works, you definitely have a subscription for the camera.
