Buying subscription spinning

So I bought 2 essential cameras. I’m trying to buy a subscription on the app I log in it says “please wait” or shows it spinning. Same thing when I go on chrome. Can someone help me. All I’m trying to do is a buy  a subscription for my cameras

We are also having this issue. We have attempted on multiple devices and the same results. We get a constant spinning circle when attempting to sign up for a subscription plan.
