Hi,
on my essential indoor camera (VMC3060Aer1.4) night vision stopped working a few weeks ago. The camera emits a constant clicking sound and the video toggles between night vision on and off. There is nothing close to camera that could cause any reflections. The camera has worked without issues in that spot with night vision for months.
Any ideas how can I can fix it?

PS: Is there any way to file a support ticket if you don't have a subscription?

May I ask which troubleshooting steps you have tried so far? I don't want to suggest anything you have previously performed.

Yes, the problem is still there. I power cycled the camera and the issue persisted. For now I disabled night vision to prevent the clicking noise.
