I recently purchased the Arlo Essential Indoor Camera (Model VMC3260) and I live in South Korea. While going through the setup process using the associated application, the camera fails to scan the QR code.
I have tried all the suggested troubleshooting methods, but none of them have worked.
I’ve cleaned the lens, adjusted the brightness, used a larger screen, and tried different distances—all to no avail.
I’m wondering if this device is not supported for use in South Korea, or if there might be another cause for this issue.
