I just bought the essential indoor 2 and i cant find the option to add it in the app.

I'd start by rebooting the phone and reinstalling the app. Was your account set up in the US since that would make a difference? When choosing to set up a new camera, be sure you see both the Essential Gen. 2 (the top selection) as well as the original Essential on the bottom.
