Arlo baby was connected to wifi. Came home one day and one of them had disconnected. Now will not connect back to wifi. Get far enough that its waiting on the camera and then says unexpected error try again. Have tried on 2 different phones, iPad, and hard reset. Any help?

Have you tried resetting then onboarding over a web browser?

Have you tired connecting to a different router or wireless band 2.4 or 5GHz?

I bought a new router with 2.4 and 5 ghz and it still did not work. and for reference when I changed the wifi the other Arlo Baby did set up on the network again. is there any other way to reset these other than the button for 10 seconds? or can we send this in to get fixed?

Can you provide me with the last 2 digits of your serial number on the affected camera?
