When I try to accept an invitation using the link, when I log in I get "the device does not exist"

 

Also when I try to log in just going to the arlo website and try to login I get "your session has expired, please log in"

have you tried to delete the access "delete friend" tab and try & resend the invite?

Having the inviter delete and resend the invitation worked for me.

Once the inviter deleted me and then reinvited me, the problem was no longer there.
