Urgent: can’t connect Arlo Baby to wifi

All of a sudden today the option to change the wifi connection for my Arlo Baby’s. When I go to “Device Settings” the only thing there is “Device Info” there’s no option for “Wifi Settings” anymore.

Problem still isn’t fixed. I can’t connect to another WiFi with the Arlo app. I only see hardware and serial number.

Version 3.5.6 of the Arlo iOS app does seem to fix the issue for me.

Can you verify which version of the Arlo app you are using in the app's (Settings > About)?

Did you confirm you have the latest app? 3.5.6… that’s what fixed it for me

Yes, i have the latest app downloaded (3.5.6). I can change the Wifi when i am on a Wifi network. But the option disappears when i am in the house of my parents. I have done a re-install just now, hopefully this will fix it for next time. The last time my wife had to change it trough the web portal.

Can you download the latest version of the Arlo app 3.5.8 & test again.
