Twitchy streaming - Looks like a VHS tape when live streaming

My video streaming on the iphone looks like an old VHS tape. Is there a fix for that? Appreciate everyone’s support on this issue please

I never opened the computer version... just on the phones, and on both phones its twitchy

try just to eliminate issue and narrow causes ( use browser )

On both wifi and 4G, its the same quality... this just started a week ago... was flawless previously

like stated ,... test on computer

also test a d/l of video to see if it plays ok on the phone...

this narrows down issues
