Trying to login to a new account "request timed out"

Keep getting this error on the app or phone, multilpe Wifi networks or cell..

Iphone with Safari and the Arlo App...

Account gets an immediate error whenever logging in, reset password and waited a couple of days with no luck.

Reaching out to see if anyone else might be able to shed some light on this issue.

Safari browser on my iPhone has always given the error when trying to login to the arlo website.

Only the arlo mobile app works with the Apple platform devices.
