Offline. Not located

Recently my arlo baby went offline. The 2nd time it happened, I am not able to locate it anymore. I have reset the camera & the base station. Unplugged both overnight.  Restarted the camera. Synced both. Done these things several times. Also, every time I try to locate my arlo baby, my Honeywell thermostat disconnects from the wifi. Something that has absolutely nothing to do with arlo. I also turned the thermostat off, but that didn't work either. HELP, I desperately need this camera back on.

does the power need to be on or off for that to work? 

I also cleared the cache but not the data. Not sure if doing either will help or make it worse.

The camera will need to be plugged in to power to respond.
