How to adjust always listening volume?

Is there a way to lower the sensitivity of the always-on sound so that I only hear when the baby is crying / yelling vs any little peep or hearing her white noise? I just want to hear when she needs something not every sound that is in the room. Is that possible?

The only available option for the active sound when utilizing always listening is your phones native volume buttons. You can also utilize the audio trigger alerts.
