Constant background noise when monitoring through the Arlo Baby but no noise in room

Hello,

I know the topic had been opened already and I checked each of them but none give a solution working for us.
We have a constant background noise when we are monitoring when there isn’t any noise in the room. This is really inconvenient when we are sleeping.
Any idea on how to fix this?

Yes it did not work so we sold the camera and now use the app baby monitor 3G. Cheaper and more functional.
