Cannot hard reset Baby Arlo

Hi,

I can’t complete a hard reset of my baby Arlo. There is a solid amber light when I turn it on and nothing changes when I press the reset button for 10 secs or more.

I can see a lot of others have the same problem.

Hi Superdosan,

If your Arlo Baby is stuck on solid amber light, try to power cycle to see if that helps. You can read here to learn how to power cycle: How do I power cycle my Arlo Baby camera?

After you power cycle, try attempting a factory reset again.
