Arlo Baby light just solid Amber, wont connect

My Arlo Baby suddenly won't connect, the light stays a solid Amber. Factory reset does nothing. Power charging reset does nothing. I've turned battery off and on. I disconnected device and have tried to reconnect but it won't detect QR code, no chime sound or anything. I don't think there's anything left I can do, please help
