I recently got an Arlo Baby and set it up. When I attempted to grant access to the device with my wife I receive a “access to this type of device cannot be granted” message in an orange box. Thinking something must be wrong I removed her as a friend and she deleted the app so we could start over. Now I am getting the same message for all devices, even ones she previously had access to. I have tried using the app as well as a web browser to grant access but nothing has worked. Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong?
