Can't view cameras on the app when connected to wifi

I am trying to view the camera though the app however when I am on wifi, the camera gets stuck on connecting. When I use mobile data it connects fine. This issue is across mine and my partners phones, both androids.

What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far? I do not want to suggest anything you may have previously performed.
