Hi Arlo, I have connected my iPhone to Arlo baby and it’s working fine. I have given my wife access to the device but when I try to connect to the camera from her iPhone it won’t find the camera.

 

The device is connected to the same network as the the Arlo Baby. I tried this for more than 10 times, even a factory reset won't work out. It's getting me crazy.

What Device/Phone/Model/OS is your wife using?

 

Also which version of the Arlo mobile app are you running on the devices?

She has the iPhone XS and we run the latest version of the app 2.9.

I tested it with IOS12 and nice last week with IOS13. Still no result. But also on my daughters phone (iPhone 8 with IOS12) no result.

Still no answer, very unprofessional and the camera is not working on 2 iPhones.
