cannot reconnect to my arlo baby cameras. tried 3 times. hard reset and my app wont recognize either one of them. my internet is fine. solid blue light on arlo

I'm having the same issue. I tried several factory reset.
I go through the pairing procedure, I manage to configure the network but then the app cannot complete the final step, find it in the network (even though I see it on my router admin page). The device is now stuck with a blue light...

Which version of the Arlo Secure app are you using? Have you tried onboarding via the web portal?
