No longer recording

I've had my arlo baby monitor for 3 years. It always records a video when the motion or sound detection starts. Suddenly it no longer records, I can't find any settings that changed with the new update and am wondering how to get it to record again?

Check your active mode to make sure the camera has rules telling it to record on motion.

If you live stream, are you able to manually record?
