Black screen after updating Arlo App to v4.0.1

Hi,

When I start live mode in the iOS app, I’m seeing a black screen. The problem started after I updated to the latest version, v4.0.1.

does anyone know how to resolve it ?

It is resolved now and strangely without changing anything.

I am having a similar issue that started after the update.

Arlo baby (ABC1000r6 Firmware 1.13.1.1_72_37927fa_f8c3b16) will connect with a black screen (No sound) then then will reconnect and just sit in a loop of blank screen, connecting, blank screen. 

Older Arlo baby camera works fine.

Tried restarting multiple times, no firmware update.

Do you experience the same behavior when streaming using the web client? Does this happen with recordings or only live streams?

We are having the same problem with our Arlo Baby on the Andriod platform. This is significant as it is our baby monitor.  When is this bug being fixed?
