Help! My Arlo Baby is connected to our WiFi network (displaying solid blue light) but my app will not recognize it. I’ve tried resetting the device multiple times and nothing seems to work (my mobile phone is in the same network that I connected the Arlo to). I’ve tried closing out and restarting the app and have made more than 20 attempts at this point to get it to work - nothing!
Has anyone else had this issue? We need to be able to see our baby so need to get this fixed ASAP.
Thanks in advance!

Hi Mnbaker,
You can try power cycling your Arlo Baby and try setting it up again. To power cycle your Arlo Baby camera:
- Unplug the USB cable from your Arlo Baby camera.
- Rotate the foot plate and remove the Arlo Baby character’s feet.
- Slide the battery switch on the bottom of Arlo Baby to off.
- The battery is turned off when no green is visible near the battery switch.
- Wait ten seconds, then slide the battery switch to on.
- Your Arlo Baby camera restarts.
- Replace the foot plate and rotate until it clicks into place.
- Plug the USB cable back in.
