Baby Arlo Manual Recordings suddenly appearing

My Arlo Baby camera has suddenly started manually recording on its own. Instead of the video being classified as motion triggered or audio triggered, it is categorized as manual as if someone was making the video. Every time I click on one of this videos, it only shows a still frame, no video.

At first I thought our camera had been compromised so I deleted admin access for all other users and then changed my password, but these weird manual recordings that don’t play continue to show up in the video queue. I’m not sure what they are or how to stop them. Anyone else have this issue, and if so, how did you resolve it?

Have you tried rebooting the camera? Do you still experience this behavior?
