Hey all,

We have movement notifications, but when we click on the library it says there are no recordings. We have the settings set to record when there’s motion, and we have an Arlo secure subscription. The library icon has a red number indicating there are recordings, but when we click on it nothing shows up. Any advice?

Have you made sure there are no filters being applied to the library?
